I have been meaning to write about how Josh Allen is still not ready to be a starter. He may not be, but since I’ve started this blog, it’s been hard to write.
Josh Allen has seemed to hit his stride. Thrown triple digit passer rating in 2 of the 3 last games, and throwing 6 touchdowns over that course. Most important, was his performance Thanksgiving Day against the Dallas Cowboys. Passing for a rating of 120.7, and 2 touchdowns (1 on the ground).
Bills have been criticized for playing an easy schedule. This was the first team they played with over a .500 record. As for the discourse, it has shifted from playoff hopes, to aiming for the divisional title. Now, I don’t find that likely, but it is refreshing to hear. The Bills haven’t been a game back of the divisional lead, this late in the season, since the first Drew Bledsoe season.
Last week, I postulated the Bills would only need to win 2 out of the last 5 to clinch a playoff spot. 1 down, and against a team I was sure they would lose too. It’s exciting to see, and it’s stopping me from writing about other sports.
Go Bills
